About this prototype

This is a research prototype for molecular assay design. It combines Primer3, NCBI transcript retrieval, exon-aware RT-qPCR ranking, hydrolysis-probe suggestions, local background screening, NCBI BLAST pre-screening, project history and PDF reports.

Important: the prototype quality score is not a validated clinical metric. Specificity pre-screens do not replace full Primer-BLAST or wet-lab validation. RT-qPCR exon-aware assessment depends on available transcript annotation. Probe design is sequence-level only.
